Fframwaith Rhifedd a Llythrennedd National Literacy and Numeracy Framework

Iaith [Language] Geirio Gwych/ Big Write The pupils will be understanding the aspects and features of a variety of genres and how to effectively write them. We will be looking at the genres VCOP and enriching their work during a fortnight of study. Tric a Chlic Welsh phonics scheme. Children have been assessed and put into groups and will practice the Welsh phonic sounds throughout the week. The purpose of this scheme is to improve the pupils phonological knowledge which improves the pupils Welsh reading and spelling skills.

Darllen [Reading] Sesiwn Ddarllen dyddiol sydd yn para hanner awr sy’n ffocysu ar ddatblygu gwahanol agweddau o ddarllen. Ffocws ar ddatblygu sgiliau darllen trwy ddarllen grŵp. Bydd llyfrau unigol yn cael ei anfon adref bob Dydd Gwener gyda’r llyfrau gwaith cartref. Daily reading sessions for half an hour focusing on a range of reading skills. We will be develop individual reading through group reading sessions. Individual reading book will be sent home with the children on a Friday with their homework books.

Gemwaith- clustlysau ‘studs’ ac oriawr yn unig. Trefn diwedd Dydd. Child protection policy. School uniform quality and school bag size. There is no need for pencil cases on the pupils. PE kit consists of a white T-shirt and dark shorts or trousers and suitable footwear. Pictures of activities and additional information about the class will be on the class’ web page- Class 4. Jewellery- studs and watches only. End of day routine.
