Copperfield agrees to: ★ Provide a supervised meeting place ★ Match students (mentees) with mentors to the best of our ability ★ Provide resources where possible for successful mentor/mentee meetings Roles and Responsibilities
Maranatha Church Liaison agrees to: ★ Communicate to Copperfield liaison regularly regarding feedback from mentors ★ Communicate general information when possible to the mentor group ★ Inform new mentors of the Judson ISD volunteer screening and training process. Roles and Responsibilities
Mentor agrees to: ★ Meet with mentee at least once a month ★ Meet with student under JISD supervision ★ Complete required JISD Volunteer Training before being paired with a child mentee ★ Agree to keep mentee/mentor conversations and other confidential information CONFIDENTIAL ★ Communicate concerns with either the Maranatha liaison or the Copperfield liaisons Roles and Responsibilities

★ Lunches on campus ○Check in at front office ○Meet student at lunch ○You may eat in Parent Center with student ★ Saturdays in ○Make arrangements for individual times with liaison ○Hours are from 10:30-11:30 a.m. (or by arrangement) ○One hour slots would be appropriate Other available meeting dates
