Unit 7: Develop an Overall Fit for Life Plan Presenter:

Learning Outcomes Unit 7 Review progress on all Fit For Life mini plans so far Discuss how these following these plans and other positive lifestyle behaviours can be built into an overall Fit For Life Plan. Identify any tendencies to slide from your plans Devise an overall Fit For Life Plan – short term and long term plans .

What were your challenges? Check over your Mini plans to date: Understanding Your Health Active Living Healthy Eating Healthy Weight Management Stress Management Back Care and Bone Health

List your results…. Are they up to your expectations? Were your expectations realistic? Do you feel that your goals are being met? If not – why not? How can we improve our chances of success?
