Yeast Generation Create Initial use of Yeast (Gen 0) 1.Wort Item 1.View the user defined fields 2.Select Y for “Allow Yeast Scheduling ” 2.Green Beer Item 1.View the user defined fields 2.Select Y for “Allow Yeast Scheduling” 3.Create Wort Production Order 4.Using Brew Sheet, open production order 1.View User Defined Fields 2.Create a new Yeast Crop (example Y100) 5.Express Wort 6.Express Green Beer associated with batch 7.You now have Yeast in Green Beer to use in scheduler

Yeast Schedule Steps to Schedule Yeast 1.User PdO Creation Wizard and build production run for wort, green beer, and bright beer 2.Go to Yeast Scheduler (change location to your Brewery) 3.Double click Wort Production Order Select the yeast you are using from list 4.Return to Brew Sheet and Production Order now has yeast associated 5.After you express the Wort and Green Beer, yeast will automatically increase the generation by one when you use new Green Beer in Yeast Schedule
