Interest Profile  My strongest orientation is in the BUSINESS CONTROL field defined as developing, implementing, using financial methods or information techniques to collect, organize, summarize and evaluate data.  My second strongest orientation is in the PERSUADING/LEADING field, which is defined as organizing, directing, motivating and guiding others in order to accomplish objectives.  My third strongest orientation is in the SOCIAL field, defined as counseling, teaching others. It is a human relation orientation.
