Community Development Department Recommendation/Next Steps Staff and PLDRB recommend that the City Council APPROVE the proposed Future Land Use Map Amendment at first reading (Transmittal Public Hearing) –The Amendment will be reviewed by State Agencies and comments will be provided to City in 30 days. –Adoption Public Hearing will be scheduled after addressing comments. Staff and PLDRB recommend that the City Council APPROVE the companion Zoning Map Amendment –This Amendment will be scheduled for second reading at the same time as FLUM amendment.
