Purposes of their poetry I generation: by telling extraordinary emotions (with the use of imagination) C. and W. Try to convey us supernatural feelings and experiences,supposing them as real.

Purposes of their poetry II generation: poetry as: -a “record” of the best and heappiest moments of the happiest and best minds (=the poets). -What makes immortal “the visitations of the divinity in man”.
