Describe Symptoms A specific body part it affects would be feet and hands You can recognize this disorder by looking at the person, the person will have extra fingers and/or toes

How common is this disorder? 1 in every 500

Is this disorder deadly? Will it shorten lifespan? This disease is not fatal Unknown

Can you be tested for the disorder? If so how and when? Yes A test can be done by looking at their hands and feet As soon as baby is born a test can be done. Also a test can be done by an ultrasound in pregnant mother

Is there treatment? Does it cure or treat symptoms? Yes Extra fingers and toes can be surgically removed. Best to be done within the first few years of birth so the person can adapt. The only way a person is affected is that they have extra fingers/toes.
