BSoD Paint Project Requiremtns 1.The user shall be able to open bitmap files 2.The user shall be able to save images as bitmap files 3.The user shall be able to create a new file from within the program 4.The user shall be able to choose from 16 painting colors 5.The user shall be able to choose from 5 brush sizes 6.The user shall be able to choose from circle, square, and spray paint brush strokes
