Tasks To liaise with administrative assistant re: administration of course and documents to be communicated to lecturers and students Re Part Time Staff Liaise with lecturer to identify part time staff selected Collects relevant documents e.g application forms, cv’s, and submits to AA

Tasks (cont’d) Liaises with programme coordinator to determine logistics re: scheduling, time tabling, room and lab allocation Organises and coordinates planning with coordinator/lecturer and part time staff to plan
