The purpose of the CATCH Community Dialogue: to better understand the community assets required for healthy early childhood development (from conception to age 6) in the Central Okanagan to increase parent/guardian and community involvement in promoting and supporting healthy children.

Check out CATCH's new website at Parent-Volunteers n One of the main goals of the Dialogue is to connect parents/guardians in our community. n In June 2005, CATCH trained 12 parent- volunteers to interview other parents/guardians in Shannon Lake and Northeast Rutland n The volunteers were taught semi-structured interview-techniques – which encourage two- way conversation and openness
