REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA MINISTRY FOR AGRICULTURE AND THE ENVIRONMENT Objective to share knowledge and increase the capacity of public authorities and other institutions dealing with climate change in the field of coordinated cross-sectoral transfer of EU climate legislation

REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA MINISTRY FOR AGRICULTURE AND THE ENVIRONMENT Process 1.First capacity building workshop in May 2013 (Graz, Austria): draft structure of the Guide discussed 2.Second capacity building workshop, autumn 2013 (Podgorica, Montenegro): first presentation of the Guide, followed by interactive workshop on how to use Guide and how to transfer EU guidelines and directives 3.March 2013-April 2014: On the basis of the Guide, preparation of implementation plans (10) for transfer EU climate legislation 4.End 2013, ½ of 2014 evaluation questionnaire, evaluation at PSC meeting  Evaluation Report  incorporated into the final Guide 5.
