Flipping a Math Classroom Without losing your mind! Presented by Jennifer Cooper

How we made it work 1)Prep a lesson like normal. 2)Record the lesson as a video. 3)Make the video accessible to our students. 4)Use class time to watch the video.* 5)Practice/apply what they watched.

Trial and Error Students work great in pairs. (If you do groups pick their groups.) It really helped having guided notes for students to fill in as they watch the video. Always have a back up plan for when the internet isn’t working. Be prepared for some students to give you friction. Plan ahead for early finishers.
