Hitting the ball (foul or fair) with either foot or knee the ground completely touching the ground outside the lines of the batters box or touching home plate. B. Batter entering the batter’s box with an illegal bat or discovered to have used an illegal bat (if discovered before next pitch).

Immediate Dead Ball 5. Fair Batted Ball A. Touches a runner or umpire before passing a fielder other than the pitcher B.
