What type of animal is a Bonobo? Bonobos are mammal. It is a kind of an animal that can walk and climb.

Food: The Bonobo is a fruit eater. It also eats leaves and meat. The meat comes from flying squirrels and other small vertebrates.

Habitat Bonobo live in the Congo river.

Interesting Facts about Bonobos… Bonobos show different kind of emotions, such as, kindness, patience, and compassion. Other than the chimpanzees, Bonobos are the closest primate to humans. The Bonobos are on the endangered list. It is threatened by habitat destruction. It typically lives 40 years in captivity. Its life span in the wild is unknown.
