Black and white. It’s not just my uniform. It’s my mantra. Out here, there is only yes or no. No maybes. Gray areas do not exist. Indecision does not survive. I must make split second decisions. I must have supreme confidence. There is no replay. No deliberation. Just my crew, my whistle and me.
