Leadership Reporting Mid Year Reports  Unit Chairmen → District Chairmen by Nov. 15, 2015  District Chairmen → Dept. Chairman by Dec. 1, 2015 {No form … just mail or summary!} Year-End Reports  Unit Chairmen → District Chairmen by April 15, 2016  District Chairmen → Dept. Chairman by May 1, 2016 {Forms provided in the Plan of Action … complete all information & send them in time!}

As part of your narrative report, please include answers to the following questions:  How many unit and/or District trainings did your District hold?  Total number of members attending all of these trainings?  What topics or presentations were included in your trainings?  Did you hold training on nurturing a culture of goodwill?
