Overview Unisa has a staff complement of over 6000 using the Oracle e-business suite (EBS) to support all ERP processes including. The current version of EBS is and the 1st implementation took place over 10 years ago and 19 different Oracle modules have been implemented to date. In 2012 Oracle implemented travel solution which resulted in issues:(delayed bookings, delayed supplier payments, loss to savings) 2

Scope of Requirement Implement an integrated travel and accommodation solution that is fully integrated with Oracle HR and Finance. Integrate the solution with Oracle EBS using the standard APIs and EBS’ ISG to expose web- services. Train the Unisa personnel to effectively manage the solution. The above should be performed with experienced and certified resources 4
