Why did we focus on resident dining in the Teaching Nursing Home curriculum?

Dining and Dignity Goals of this DVD-based training: Identify examples of dignity in dining Address the risks to resident dignity in dining Film real life elements of a person-centered dining program Describe the steps & processes that you can use to create & support a quality dining program. Provide tools and resources for your home to add to its staff education agenda.
