Viator & Vektor Group spread its own logistic network to the markets of East and South-east Europe (Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Bohemia, Hungary, Romania …) as well as to the Central Europe.

EU membership electronic exchange of the data with state's customs enlargement of “domestic market” static routes has become dynamic ones optimization of route and load planning because of larger market exposure complex tax and calculation rules Internet offers and bourses wish of the companies to exchange orders in electronic way etc. New eCommerce dimensions for typical Slovenian logistics company in year 2004

Organization transformation and reorganization capability (implementing modern enterprise arhitecture) Concentration to the services instead to assets New role of IT (mostly new business and ecommerce enabler) Cooperation in eRegion Focusing (area of activities) General trend of logistics outsourcing Multilateral cooperation between chambers of commerce and companies Key success drivers/indicators

eInvoicing should find place in short, while it could be driver for mutual disclosing of the processes (partnership relationship instead of typical customer/execution relationship), rationalization of the costs and specialization of each company domestic market has be enlarged (at least Region if not whole EU) we can not blame nobody if others (regions or companies) will be more successful Viator & Vektor's IT has already enabled new business opportunities with ecommerce and are basis for eInvoicing (in house developed integrated satellite navigation and track and trace system) as result of work at own company – playground logistic providers will in future even more concentrate to goods flow Viator & Vektor will be proactive as possible and will prepare solutions for mother group and as well for open market Conclusions

Thank you for your attention!
