On a bright sunny day on May17,1931 on a Pennsylvania farm a girl was screaming, “Please don’t take me to the big house!” They are at their farm in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania during the Great Depression. The police men are at Annalisa’s and Max’s farm because they they are 2 months past due on their mortgage payment. They said,“We will foreclose your farm”. You either do choice 1 or choice 2. Stay at the farm Go to California.

You stay on the farmland. Every time you make a little bit of money, the government takes it away. You discover an unknown tobacco field. Annalisa and Max dig up the field of tobacco one day to make more money by selling the tobacco. They have a choice to make: Keep the tobacco field to yourself or you could tell people about it. Choice 1: Keep the tobacco to yourself. Choice 2: Tell people about it. Choice1 Choice 2

So they go to California to find a place to work, but the woman is so mean they don’t want to work for that woman. The woman says that she would not pay them if they worked for her. So they get mad at the woman. Choice 1: They stay. Choice 2: They go on and leave. Choice 1 Choice 2

So they keep their tobacco field to themselves. On a fine sunny day, Max and Annalisa find ct diamonds in that tobacco field. They become so rich that they buy 5 lots of land, pay off all the money they owe the bank, and you put your family in new houses. In the time of need they always looked out for their family. You never ever ran out of money.

So they tell people. A person named Alex Carson finds ct diamonds it in and he blows his money on a life time supply of cigars. You have no money and you have to live in a Hooverville. Hoovervilles were all over the country during the Great Depression. They hope their luck will change.

They stay and have a job, but eventually get kicked out and have to live in a Hooverville. So this means that they are poor now. They go back to the farm, but stubborn Max would not go back with you. Three years later she finds a tobacco field in her farm. After that, she discovers ct diamonds in that field. She became rich, and Max came home. They see a Hooverville where poor people had to live in for shelter.Being rich to people back then was just $40. People were very poor. Max and Annalisa visit every week and bring them food.
