STEP 1 – PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT IDEA All the regional stakeholders, interested to propose a project idea, can fill out the template on the ERRIN website and fulfill it in every part. It is possible to propose a project ideas without being leader, but the projects proposed by a leader will get the priority in the selection procedure. There is no technical evaluation by ERRIN, so we advise all the proposers to check the project proposal, before to send it, with their NCP. All the deadlines will be strictly respected! STEP 2 – SELECTION PROCEDURE For logistical reasons, due to the restraints of availability of rooms, only 14 project ideas will be selected. There is no technical evaluation by ERRIN. Selection criteria: relevance to the Energy WP complete project application forms. The templates not completed will not be taken into account. Project leaders will get the priority For the submission, it is mandatory to choose a single call topic.

STEP 3 – EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ERRIN staff will send to the regional stakeholders the list of the selected ideas.14 th October 2014 Regional stakeholders can express their interest in participating in a project idea as a partner filling out the template on the ERRIN website. For every person it is possible to express his interest for only one project idea. (2 people = 2 projects / 3 people = 3 projects, etc.) Deadline to apply as a partner20 th October 2014 We will collect all the expression of interest and we will send them to the project leaders. 21 st October 2014

STEP 4 – CONFIRMATION OF THE ATTENDANCE Project leaders will select the potential partners for the project submission.27 th October 2014 The ERRIN staff will send out to all the stakeholders a feedback, with the latest information.28 th October 2014 All the applicants accepted must confirm their participation on the website.14th November 2014 The event will take place on the 24 th November 2014 Lombardy Region Office 2, Pl.
