When the great depression hit he told everyone it was because of the Jews and many Germans believed him. He joined the Nationalist German Workers' party. Then he started working full time and it changed to the Nationalist German Workers’ Nazi party and in 1920 was elected chairman. ….Not all Nazi’s chose to be in the alliance. People were forced and drafted into the Nazi’s alliance.

Hitler and the Nazi’s were after the Jews because they weren't believing the same religion as Hitler(Christianity). He was against people who weren't Aryans. Aryans were people with blonde hair blue eyes.
