Presentation transcript:

One of the activities included in our project from May 2013, was the construction of wooden objects – toys from the past.

Nowadays wooden toys are thrown around, ravaged by the merciless time which seems to sentence them to a cruel fate. Students from primary and secondary school, with the help of their parents, gave shape and color to some wooden objects Nowadays wooden toys are thrown around, ravaged by the merciless time which seems to sentence them to a cruel fate. Students from primary and secondary school, with the help of their parents, gave shape and color to some wooden objects. Here are some confessions: “When I was a naïve child, toys used to be simpler but with a lot of emotion. They were nothing but pieces of wood to me ” “Wooden toys are part of my past, they used to be the essence of my happiness” “Wooden toys gave color to a world where we were full of enthusiasm. Back then I wanted to grow up. Now, together with my child, I’m just trying to remember it”

The exhibition to the end: “Wooden memories from the past ”
