Feeling Jars – you can write an emotion, a feeling, an area of discomfort that may have occurred during the training – leave it in the jar if you don’t want to take it back to your site. The “I Love You Guys” Wall of Reflection. Express feelings based on the days training- can be done with words, pictures, etc Quiet Room (Nia Room)- Identified room for individuals who might a quiet space. Poster board, legal pads, markers.
