BackGround checks and defines the level of danger which is a vital scrutiny for every organization. Three factors need to come together for occupational crime to occur: A. Necessity B. Opportunity C. Justification

BackGround checks and reliability-research process includes several steps, At the end of which a decision is made whether there is a risk or not in hiring a particular candidate. The primary tools in the process:  Inquiring a candidate's past overtly and covertly.  Checking a candidate's resume.  Investigating their previous jobs including conversations with relevant contacts.  Credit checks and financial capabilities.  Background Check with government agencies.  Designated interview with the candidate, which is made by a company representative. Work Process

Global research - CV 1. Max accuracy - 21% of CV submitted by job candidates, matching 90% of the truth. 2. Min inaccuracy - 65% of CV submitted by job candidates, match at 70-90% the truth. 3. Material inaccuracy - 10% of CV submitted by job candidates, match at 50-70% the truth. 4. completely false- 4% of CV submitted by job candidates, were not at all real, this is a perfect scam.

Global Information There is a lack of awareness and law known thefts. 20%-30% of bankruptcies stem from thefts / embezzlement by people within the organization 41% of employees falsify records and reports in the workplace (Ethics Resource center). 63% of fraud is made internally by employees. (PWC survey- "of economic crime in Europe 2001") 42.5% of the largest companies, have been hit by economic crime in the past two years. ( The survey included 15 countries in Western and Central Europe) About 70% of all computer damages are the result of inner work and are not made by hostile elements outside the organization. In Israel ₪ 10 billion a year disappear from the business revenue, resulting from embezzlement by employees, suppliers or customers or a combination of them. Organizations around the world have lost 3.5$ trillion this year (2014) due to workers embezzlement, around 5% of their income. In some societies it also comes up to 20%.
