28 Performance Targets ParticipantsSitesPerformance Targets Elementary School Youth All Sites Average daily attendance of 80% of enrolled youth. Middle School Youth Sites 10,000 square feet and over Enrolled participants attend 75% of core service hours (= 150 hours). Sites under 10,000 square feet Average daily attendance of 50% of enrolled youth. High School-Age Youth through 21 Years Sites 10,000 square feet and over Enrolled participants attend 70% of core service hours (= hours). Sites under 10,000 square feet Average daily attendance of 50% of enrolled youth. AdultsAll SitesEnrollment of the minimum number of adults as indicated in Attachment C: Eligible Cornerstone Sites: Service Levels and Funding.

30 Community Partnerships Other DYCD-funded programs located nearby (e.g., Fatherhood, Neighborhood Development Area, Workforce Development, Literacy, Immigrant Family Services); Other City agencies or organizations funded by those agencies; Other local organizations, including small grassroots volunteer groups, that offer specific types of resources such as recreational and fitness activities, civic engagement activities, arts and cultural activities, or education and career services (see Section 3B, Resources); Providers of services such as health, mental health, or dental care willing to accept referrals, enabling timely access to services not provided at the Cornerstone site; Museums and other cultural institutions; Providers delivering Cornerstone services at satellite sites (whether the sites are operated by the proposer or another organization).
