27 Limited Access Baccalaureate Programs in the State University System University degree programs may be declared as limited access programs for the following reasons: Insufficient resources (e.g., space, equipment or other instructional facilities; clinical facilities; adequate faculty to meet acceptable student-faculty ratios; fiscal or other resource limitations). Audition or portfolio required to demonstrate potential for success. A higher GPA or other standard required to demonstrate potential for success. A university has exceeded its upper-level FTE enrollment limit.
