The purpose of today’s talk is not to take a position or define matters theologically (for there is so much debate around that). Rather, the purpose of today’s talk is to think through how to respond as a church when the law of the land changes fundamental institutions/issues such as marriage, abortion, capital punishment, and other issues.

3 If we address homosexuality as sin, we should also be addressing, premarital sex, divorce, and domestic violence.
