Terms of Reference To develop a training offering available to members around the globe, giving consideration to both technical and ‘soft skills’ elements. To consider all methods of training delivery, including classroom based and ‘e learning’ to ensure training solutions are focused and cost effective for members. To work with the International Secretariat to find ways of promoting and monitoring secondment opportunities.
