Increasing Chances of PC 308(a) Enforcement Include enforcement in licensing Be Patient Don’t Ask for the World –Four inspections per store is not a reasonable expectation for most agencies –One is better then none –Work for a happy medium
Regional Training and Technical Assistance Schedule a Regional PC 308(a) Training –Centralized location –LLA’s must work together Accommodate as many agencies as possible –Be willing to feed participants –POST certified Law enforcement teaching law enforcement –Include other areas of interest (i.e. Hookah) Technical Assistance is Available –Share resources
