The NUOL Project Needs for Fiber infrastructure Team 4 : Backbone and Internet connection Team 5: Intranet Team 6: Application services

Background This is the second year that KTH is helping National University of Laos (NUOL) with their network implementation and configuration. The project will be implemented during a two-year period This year three teams will work with this project

GOALS FOR TEAM 4 Team 4, Backbone and Internet connection -Link to foreign student dormitory -Link to Nabong as well as Donokhoum -DNS, DHCP at the main campus network operation center (help team 6)

GOALS FOR TEAM 5 Team 5, Intranet Set up computer room and LAN at different location in each campus - Dongdok campus - Dormitory - Library - School of Foundation Study (FSS) - Don Nok Khum campus -Faculty of Law - Tat Thong campus -irrigation faculty DHCP at each campus (help team 6)

GOALS FOR TEAM 6 Team 6: Application services - Upgrade webserver and mailserver - create user quota - create mail quota - Dial-up services - DNS, DHCP
