TEAM STRATEGY 1.Do all of my work down at the district level 2.Build the regional government’s capacity to plan and analyze data. (so it can know it’s own region and the field realities) 3.Build the voice of the regional government to direct development partners

2. Building RPCU Planning Capacity Working on harmonizing district level plans Observing trends in district level implementation and doing higher level refinement Moving into a more supporting role for District Assemblies
