1. Preparation, learning offer and testing of modules at Mykolas Romeris University There was prepared two modules (IT Law and Legal Informatics) during the project. Both of them are in Lithuanian and English languages. Modules are available via Mykolas Romeris University virtual learning space (Moodle platform), by addresses (Lithuanian) and (English). On-line registration to courses is available by address

1.2. Modules in Lithuanian for traditional students Modules are offered in bachelor study program „Law and Managament“. The study material of those modules like main e-learning resources is available for all full time and part time students in Moodle via students individual e-space at MRU informational system.

1.1. Modules in Lithuanian for on-line teaching Modules are offered for on-line teaching in open distance learning system from 2008 Spring semester. The number of students in Lithuanian modules in open distance learning system was: IT law: Spring, 2008 – 2; Autumn, 2008 – 1; Spring, 2009 – 2; Autumn 2009 – registration is open from 1 st of March. Legal Informatics: Spring, 2008 – 7; Autumn, 2008 – 2; Spring, 2009 – 1; Autumn 2009 – registration is open from 1 st of March.

1.2. Modules in Lithuanian for traditional students Modules are offered in bachelor study program „Law and Managament“. The study material of those modules like main e-learning resources is available for all full time and part time students in Moodle via students individual e-space at MRU informational system.

1.3. Modules in English Modules in English is a proposal for all students from partner’s countries in Law&ICT Shared Virtual Campus project (available with special registration request on In 2008 Autumn and 2009 Spring semester were was registered 34 Spanish student from Zaragoza university. We propose modules in English like e-learning resources for Erasmus students and for Erasmus virtual mobility from 2009 Autumn semester.

1.3. Plans for the testing of the e-learning modules in Mykolas Romeris University We prepared two on-line questionnaires: one for open distance learning and one for traditional students. Main goal of research – to indicate main problems of on-line activities in modules and to examine the relevance of study material for e- learning. Testing started from 1 st of May All results of testing will be analysed and report prepared till 29 th of July.

2. Proposal to develop the LEFISpedia and Law&ICT Digital Library by Mykolas Romeris University LEFISpedia development by students activities: we elaborated different tasks for traditional students in two modules (IT Law and Legal informatics, responsible teacher prof. Rimantas Petrauskas) for development of Lithuanian part of LEFISpedia. From 2009 Spring semester two groups of students started with task to prepare some articles, the end of publications – 25 of May. From 2009 Autumns semester this activity will take place with another groups. Law&ICT Digital Library: We have negotiations with authors and Publishing office authority Mykolas Romeris University Publishing office for permission to digital publishing in Law&ICT Digital Library of 1 textbook in Lithuanian (“T eisės informatika ir informatikos teisė”. 3. Dissemination plan for the MRU with foreseen calendary The project dissemination meeting had place on 2 nd of March, 2009, in Vilnius at Mykolas Romeris university. More information about meeting is available on

Learning offer for the courses in by Mykolas Romeris University From 1 st of March is available on-line registration to Lithuanian modules for 2009 Autumn semester in open distance learning system. English modules are available with special request for registration for all students from partner’s universities. Modules in English like e-learning resources are proposed for Erasmus students and for Erasmus virtual mobility for 2009/2010 school year too.
