VPWG Activities for Voyager 9.0 Specifications Performed in conjunction with Product Manager Reviewed and replicated top enhancement requests Prepared alternatives enhancements to meet the development points system Voyager Extension Module Enhancements Media Scheduling specifications completed in June Each year’s enhancement cycle to focus on one product focus on … UB or ILL or Self-Check New Enhancement Request System (NERS) Training on password resets Reviewed changes Compiled a List of Tools developed outside of ExL for use with Voyager Sales Force Testing (Pivotal replacement) ELUNA 2013 B /1/2013 5

Voyager 9.0 Enhancements Specifications were worked on through September 13 enhancements will be included 7 in Circulation 2 in Cataloging 1 each in Acquisitions, WebVoyage Display, Voyager to Primo, System Administration Concerns with the balloting process & NERS Difficult to sort list to voters’ preferences Synchronizing pre-election ballot with NERS ballot Timing for credentials, and ballot period Other concerns? Voyager Media Scheduling Submitted 19 requests to Ex Libris for review Specifications work continued after ELUNA 2012 into June Prioritization was done based on the current development point system All 19 requests were accepted ELUNA 2013 B /1/2013 7
