Workshop at Maria Curie Sklodowska University (MCSU) Draft agenda

 Date:  From 2 nd of November  To 5 th of November  Exchange experiences about creation of training centers (e-learning approach). Educational, organizational, technological (multimedia) and financial aspects of such projects.

Day 1 – 2 nd of November, Monday  – Overview of E-learning techniques, methods and applications  Lunch break  – Visit in IT Department of Lublin Town Hall

Day 2 – 3 rd of November, Tuesday  – How to match organization training needs with e-learning possibilities? Implementation scenarios.  Lunch  – Visit in LUBMAN (Lublin biggest Internet provider). Presentation of PIONIER: Polish Optical Internet - Advanced Applications, Services and Technologies for Information Society – by Andrzej Bobyk: LUBMAN CEO and PIONIER Supervisory Board member.

Day 3 – 4 th of November, Wednesday  – Designing e-learning (methodology, authoring tools, platforms) – how can we create an efficient e-learning?  Lunch  – Integrated IT System implementation at UMCS. Presentation by SAP Project Manager and UMCS IT Director.

Day 4 – 5 th of November, Thursday  – Organizational aspects of e-learning. Exchange experience session.  Lunch  – Free time – visiting MSCU, Old Town of Lublin (to be confirmed)

Day 5 – 6 th of November, Friday  – IT systems for local governments – sample products, supplies and case studies. Presentation by ZETO (global Polish IT Solutions and Trainings provider, focused on e-gov solutions)  Lunch  – Free time – (trip to medieval city of Kazimierz – to be confirmed)
