STIMULUS GRANT CONT’D Public libraries will receive: Assistive technology Laptops to be checked out Wireless routers for every branch Over 2,770 training sessions for the general public and library staff Additional electronic resources: online after school tutoring, career development resources and health and medical database
STIMULUS GRANTS, ROUND 2 State Library will reapply for a second grant: –Upgrade internal public library connections –Improved technology support –Additional high-level technology training for library staff –Partner with community colleges for training sites Application deadline March 15th.
