Reading Teaching Design & Learners ’ Ability Name :Wei Aishe

Abstract This study presents a detailed report of the project implemented to solve the problem that some of my students don't like reading h in class. It is hypothesized that learners interest in reading in class can be increased by well-designed work reading. Also, in class I give the students much more time to improve their reading. This hypothesis is verified by three week teaching experiments of involving teaching plans and learning activities followed by an analysis and discussing of data collected. The methods used in this project design include analytic method, cause analysis, and questionnaire. Survey and brainstorming cultivation.

I have been teaching the students who are in their third year of middle school, In my teaching, I ’ ve found there are some problems. Now I ’ ll finish my study in Wennan branch of Shanxi Radio TV University. I hope I can solve the problems that have troubled me for some time through the research so that I can apply my knowledge and theory into practice, which I learned from Wennan branch of Shanxi Radio TV University.

The problem I have in my teaching is that most of my students do not do some reading I assign them to do after class.

In my teaching, the problem identified was really a serious problem. My preliminary research confirmed that there were main reasons.

My research objective is to enhance my students interest in doing reading after class.

 It is hypothesized that learners interest in reading practice after class is increased by better organization

With: these reasons in mind,I have correspondingly provided some possible solutions which are as follows:. With: these reasons in mind,I have correspondingly provided some possible solutions which are as follows:.

Activity1: Activity1: My hypothesis is that learner’ interest in reading practice after class is increased by better doing reading so that students can improve their reading level. Activity2: Activity2: In Text below, you will find the instructions for a medical product, Scan through it as quickly as possible to find the answers to the following questions.

In order to guarantee that most of the students would be highly involved into the reading,I decided to make up groups,Through the investigations, I found there were two main problems for them to do reading by themselves at home. I decided to simplify the student ’ s reading homework. The students often complained they had too much written homework — not only English homework, but also the homework of other subjects. The present study is chiefly based on the project that I project from Sep to Nov.18,2007,which aimed to enhance my students ’ interest in doing reading practice after class, two years ago, I determined to work on the crucial problem that most of my students had not do the reading practice I assigned them to do after school.
