And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings

The message of the gospel was for all people (Rom. 1:16) “...to every one who believes…” Corresponds to John 3:16 A corresponding promise (Jn. 6:40) “...to the Jew first and also to the Greek” In New Testament time this means everyone in the world Expression used several times

All of this is necessary because all have sinned “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Rom. 3:23) The range of the remedy must fit the range of the illness
