Dream of Flight In 14th century late Ming Dynasty, a Chinese officer named Wang Hu made first human flight with 47 manmade fireworks on his back and 2 big kites on each hand. Although he did not succeed, the concept and creation were praised by the western scientists. A crater on the back side of the moon was named “Wang Hu” in memory of his extraordinary contribution when U.S. astronauts landed on the moon in 1986.

Accidents by Primary Cause According to statistic data that nowadays most of aircraft accidents can be attributed to human errors. Accidents by primary cause: Flight crews 67% Airplane 12%; Weather 9% Misc 5% Maintenance 3% ATC 3%
Human error Aircraft disasters are invariably the result of a chain of events culminating in the disaster itself. Most aircraft disasters are the result of inappropriate action or actions carried out by the pilots involved - a process euphemistically known as "pilot error".
