Game Incident Reports

GIR Online Reporting System Benefits –You no longer have to fill in at the rink. –Incidents are coded. –Reports go directly to the Decision Makers in the respective divisions and leagues. –It is mandatory that you file your report within 24 hours following the end of the game. –Keep your copy of the game sheet.

GIR – Adding an Incident Clinking on the link provided takes you to ogin.jsp ogin.jsp A separate user ID will have to be created. Referee gets the 4 th copy (goldenrod) Home team manager to provide the official an envelope to send report to District 1 along with game sheet.
