Tower Hamlets LEA George Greens Secondary School Virtual Notice Boards for Year Groups Year Group Communities The idea for this community came from the deputy head of Year 10. She organised training for class reps who then trained a number of their peers. The strength of this community is the level of ownership given to the pupils, coupled with the potential for it to help raise achievement through improved pupil access to useful information. The community is going to be re- launched later this term to help promote the NRA evening and post- exam celebrations – we hope this will help to keep pupils motivated as they approach the end of their GCSEs.
