Non-framework programmes Proposed new Programme ‘Erasmus for All’ Will replace Lifelong Learning Programme and all the current Education Cooperation Programmes Increased budget (€19b) – 70% increase compared to Programmes it replaces Three ‘Key Actions’ proposed:- –Key Action 1:Learning mobility of individuals –Key Action 2:Cooperation for innovation and good practices –Key Action 3:Support for policy reform
Non-framework programmes Key Action 1:Learning mobility of individuals: 2.2 million HE students to receive mobility grants (1.5 million under the currently) 135,000 students getting support to study in a non-EU country, as well as non-EU students coming to study in the Union; 700,000 traineeships for young people in companies abroad ( 600,000 currently) 330,000 Master’s degree students to benefit from loan guarantees 34,000 students would receive grants for a ‘joint degree’, (17,600 supported under currently) 20,000 ‘strategic partnerships’ to be established to implement joint initiatives and promote exchange of experience and know-how;
