Procedure Download the autodesk software called autodesk FBX converter in case your 3dMax doesn’t have it. Have a 3d model ready Then export it from 3dMax as.fbx file. When you do it a dialogue box appear, there tick on the required field what you want to export like model,animation,lights etc. Then goto to 3D Unity. Goto Assets->Import new asset. It will appear in the Objects asset panel.
