Benchmarking Philosophy: What you cannot measure, you cannot manage! The goal: To provide specific performance parameters in order to help businesses benchmark their CSR initiatives in the field of prevention, retention and recruitment of employees from marginalised groups in society. The model can be used to: Motivate businesses to work strategically with CSR regarding marginalized groups on the labour market Formulate Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) regarding this issue Use the statistics in the company's CSR reports on human rights initiatives For external communication

Partnerships with Social Enterprises Social Enterprises is a key area for the Ministry of Employment Research shows limited knowledge about Social Enterprises in the business world VFSA will provide inspiration to businesses about cooperation with Social Enterprises as a way to take a social responsibility: REPORT with tips and business cases. EVENTS for all purchasers of VFSA businesses: Inspiration to purchase goods from Social Enterprises as a way to employ marginalised groups.

The largest network for social responsible businesses in Denmark (app. 4,000 members nationwide – both businesses and job centers) The objective of the network is to inspire, develop and enhance CSR in Danish businesses. Focus on increased retention, preventive initiatives in the workplace and inclusion of marginalized groups. BUSINESS NETWORK
