 Introduction  The purpose of the research is to increase the number of enrolled bilingual kindergarten.  What is the effectiveness of bilingual kindergarten.  How to increase the number of enrolled bilingual kindergarten.  What is the benefits to immigrant children.  To make recommendations

 Most parents pay more attention to the benefits of enrolling children in pre-kindergarten programs. This is essential to children before they enter the first grade.  Children in immigrant family have a huge population in US, those children who play a significant role in the future economy  The program show a positive effect on children’s cognitive skills which will relate the academic success

 To increase the quality of education, the bilingual kindergarten should recruit professional teachers  To encourage immigrant children socialize with native speakers.  To attract the immigrant children, the organization should hire an advertising agency.  To improve the service, the kindergarten should invest funding to enhance their infrastructures.  In order to guarantee the attendance, the bilingual kindergarten should pick children up every day.  As to the designation of courses, the bilingual kindergarten should make different levels for the different age groups.
