DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING INDIGENOUS PATHWAYS INTO EMPLOYMENT (IPE) flexible vertical and horizontal pathways into employment in the education workforce, maximising Indigenous participation in the education workforce, retaining and building the capacity of the existing Indigenous education workforce by addressing ongoing support and career development needs.
