 In light of our strategic refocus with the statewide student information system, the ISES/CWCS focus is now on what improves the student-teacher-course link data quality, and what improves the overall efficiency for end users.

 World Language and Bilingual/ESL indicators are mutually exclusive.  May not apply a World Language indicator and a Bilingual/ESL indicator within the same section/course/teacher record.

 Dual Enrollment Credit ─ Cooperative Academic Partnership Program (CAPP) is being expanded to include:  College Credit in High School – Any one of several programs existing in some Wisconsin school districts which allow students to take college-level courses, taught by a high school teacher, and receive college credits without attending the college campus.

 Dual Enrollment Credit – Transcripted Credit  Transcripted Credit (TC) – High school courses taught by a high school teacher through which students can earn technical college credits based on an agreement between the high school and technical college.

 Baseline Download  Add data and re-upload the file into CWCS using file upload  Status File  Contains data in the ISES database including fields populated from WSLS data, error, warning and informational messages and validation status information  Results File  Reports results from a processed file  Failure File  Provides reason and a record status of Errors  Error File  Contains information regarding a significant error which prevented basic file processing
