WP2 - Network of Business Support Organizations WP leader: RRC Koper Co-leader: SDGZ/URES Aim: 1.establishment or improvement of (cross-border) cooperation among institutions involved (partners/other stakeholders) 2.improving the quality and efficiency of services through training and knowledge transfer 3.comprehensive and individualized assistance to SMEs Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze

Activity 1: Questionnaire for partners/stakeholders Purpose: to collect useful information about partners for future networking to identify potential stakeholders to identify BSOs needs for new knowledge and for draw up a plan for training, which meets specific needs Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze

Activity 5: Setting up of 3 working groups W orking groups : 1.Innovation, 2.Internationalisation and 3.Entrepreneurship Each group will be in charge of: analysis of state of the art and existing supporting measures about the specific issue; identification and analysis of thematic case studies of excellence; elaboration of common guidelines, recommendations and tools for the improvement of competitiveness; identification of cooperation opportunities. Activity 5: Setting up of 3 working groups Groups: 7-10 people Meetings: 4 / group E xternal experts will moderate the work within the groups and they will collaborate in preparing the final documents. Partners can decide in which group they would participate. Also, depending on their competencies and their areas of operation. Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze
