Recommendation We recommend that we buy the condo. This condo is in an active location in the community. We will have to take out a loan, and hire at least 4 new workers.

Implementation ◦ If we get the condo; ◦ First, we will re-model to fit our needs ◦ Second, we will hire workers to work for $7.50 per hour ◦ And Third, we will open for charity

Evaluation ◦ In 3 months time we will: ◦ Helping Hands will raise around $8,000 ◦ Give will raise about $9,000 ◦ Together raising $17,000 ◦ Also there will be numerous fundraisers to raise money, which will be a good down payment on the condo
